A small restaurant with big ideas. Big on personality and even bigger on taste. Guy Lamble is the owner of ‘Pryd o Fwyd’ in the small village of Ferryside in deepest darkest Carmarthenshire. Guy has previously worked at London’s Savoy and at Claridges. We shot this over a few hours to help promote Guy’s restaurant and to furninsh his new website with new content.
